A correction

If a price, a term or a fact on a page is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what changed. A link or a screenshot helps. Corrections are published with the date they were made.

You are the seller or manufacturer

Send documentation and we will publish it. A specification sheet, a written return policy or a company registration will be added to the relevant page with attribution, and it will change what that page says. This is the fastest way to fix a page that reports something as “not published”.

A takedown or rights request

If you believe content here infringes your rights, write with the specific URL, the material concerned, the basis of your claim and how to contact you. We act on well-founded requests promptly.

A privacy request

Access, deletion, objection or any other data right: see the privacy policy and write to the same address.

What we cannot help with

We are not the seller of any product on this site. We cannot look up your order, change a delivery, cancel a purchase or issue a refund, and we have no access to any seller’s systems. For anything about an order you placed, contact the seller you bought from — their support details are on their own checkout, and on the page where we reviewed them.
